We all have stress.  Daily, constant stress.  Once in a while stress.  It all builds up.  But yes, there are things you can do to actually lower your stress.  And there are things you can give your body to help you fight stress.

The Effects of Stress

Stress:

  • Suppresses your immune system
  • Disrupts your digestion – this leads to a number of other problems
  • Increases the risk of heart attack (#1 Killer) and Stroke
  • Speeds up the aging process
  • Messes with your sex drive
  • Causes anxiety and depression
